Meet Lily
Lily Saltzgaber is a Licensed Massage Therapist passionate about supporting women and families through evidence-based bodywork. She specializes in prenatal, therapeutic, and pain-management-focused massage, with a client-centered approach that prioritizes comfort, safety, and individualized care.
She's certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS), and brings extensive experience in patient assessment, tailored treatment planning, and recovery support through techniques like prenatal massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lily is able to welcome clients in whichever language they're most comfortable in. Her work was recognized with a 2024 Best in Abilene award for excellence in massage and spa services, before she and her family relocated to the Cedar Park area.
A wife and mother of four, Lily brings a grounded understanding of the physical demands of everyday life. Outside of sessions, she enjoys camping, hiking, and road-tripping with her family — experiences that reinforce her belief in movement, balance, and recovery. She carries that same thoughtful, supportive energy into every session with Sonoran Palm, creating a space where clients feel relaxed, cared for, and empowered in their healing.
